On the vibrant evening of 12th July 2024, the Future Tribe Festival lit up the Courtyard Marriott in Shillong. With the guidance of the diligent manager and supervisors, the students were assigned pivotal roles, ensuring the seamless clearing of used plates, tissues, drinking cups, and ashtrays.

While the tasks seemed straightforward, the fast-paced environment left no room for rest. Amidst the energetic beats of the DJ and the buzzing crowd, students learned the essence of maintaining composure and calm. They mastered the art of waiting patiently for guests to finish their food and drinks, dealing with diverse guest personalities, and gracefully handling pressure from supervisors. The challenge of managing demanding guests craving more drinks sharpened their patience and professionalism.

As the event unfolded, the students honed their skills in wiping tables with precision, engaging guests with polite conversation, and respectfully seeking permission to clear glasses.
