On June 11, 2024, a group of 14 students from the Donbosco Tech Society embarked on an insightful industrial visit to Frank Motors, the TATA Motors showroom. Arriving promptly at 11:00 am, the students were eager to delve into the workings of the sales department and observe firsthand how sales executives engage with customers.

The tour was led by the Sales Manager, who provided a comprehensive overview of the vehicle lineup and the intricacies of customer interaction. The students took diligent notes and posed numerous questions, eager to uncover the secrets of exceptional customer service. They also examined the various brochures and posters, gaining a deeper understanding of the marketing materials that support the sales process.

Despite the limited time and the abundance of information to absorb, the students managed to secure contact details from the sales consultants, ensuring they could follow up on their queries and continue their learning journey. The visit offered a wealth of knowledge about the organization and sparked new ideas on sales techniques and strategies. The professional and welcoming environment of Frank Motors greatly enhanced their learning experience, particularly in terms of product branding and marketing.

The visit concluded around 2:00 pm, leaving the students enriched with newfound insights and practical knowledge. It was clear that the visit was a resounding success, achieving its objectives and providing valuable takeaways for all involved. This experience proved highly beneficial and comes highly recommended for other Donbosco Tech Society students, especially those with a keen interest in business and sales.
