Students were evaluated on both theoretical knowledge and practical competence, reflecting real workplace scenarios. Through structured tasks and problem-based activities, participants demonstrated their understanding of customer care operations, communication etiquette, digital tools, and confidence in managing client interactions. The assessment was not merely a test of learning but an experience designed to prepare them for industry expectations and workplace demands.
Supported and funded by Accenture, the IT Customer Care Executive program at Don Bosco Tech Kollam has played a vital role in providing underprivileged youth with career-oriented training and new opportunities for livelihood.
