On 14th July 2025, Don Bosco Tech Kollam had the privilege of hosting a truly impactful visit from State Officer Mr. R Krishnakumar. The day began with an engaging session with the IT-Customer Care Executive students (Batch B5 – 250219). Mr. Krishnakumar took the students through the inspiring journey of Don Bosco Tech Society — its origins, its mission, and its unwavering commitment to empowering underprivileged youth through quality skill training. He shared insights into the evolving landscape of the IT and customer service sectors, explaining the wide range of job opportunities and the skills in demand. The students listened intently, asking thoughtful questions, and received clear, practical advice on how to grow in their careers. His message was simple but powerful: work hard, believe in yourself, and keep learning.

By noon, Mr. Krishnakumar shifted his attention to the Cloud Application Developer students (Batch B1 – 250220). His session focused on the dynamic world of cloud computing — a field that continues to redefine how businesses operate globally. He spoke about the rising demand for cloud professionals, the types of roles available, and the key skills that set candidates apart in this competitive domain. For the trainees, many of whom are preparing to enter the tech industry, it was both eye-opening and highly motivating.

Following these interactive sessions, and after a short lunch break, Mr. Krishnakumar took the time to review student documents and personally interacted with several trainees.
