A field visit has been organized by Mr Shivam (Trainer Sales Associate) on March 10, 2020, at Tompy Super Market in Jandiala Manjki for the trainees of Sales Associate Domain so that they get some knowledge about the workplace and use their practical knowledge while doing any service. The manager of the supermarket Mr Balwinder Singh welcomed our students and helped us to visit the whole place and educate the students about their workplace. He explained how to manage the inventory in their official records and their staff too. He also briefed about the daily activities of the supermarket and the workflow on regular basis. tTe students were interested and observed very closely. They were briefed about the roles and responsibilities about their duties and responsibilities during the job. The main purpose of this visit was to motivate the trainees to work and make them self-dependent. This visit was associated with the classroom experience and the outside world and in doing so they drastically improve the process of learning, along with this it also helps the trainees to focus on their career and help their families economically.
