Don Bosco Tech, Jalandhar, hosted a guest lecture on the 9th of November, focusing on Communication strategies within the Customer Care Executive (CCE) domain. The session was led by Mr. Gurpreet Singh, the Customer Service Director at Prince Mobile House, Nakodar.
