Training of Trainers (TOT)

Don Bosco Tech Society (DB Tech) conducted two days Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop from June 17 to 18, 2022 at Navjeewan Charitable Society, Jalnadhar, Punjab. The training workshop was officially opened by Mr. Amit Bhat MIS Jammu & Kashmir. In his opening speech on the first day of the TOT Mr. Bhat had an introduction session for the participants. Ms. Manpreet Kaur State Coordinator Punjab & Himachal Pardesh delivered a brief introduction about DB Tech and proceeded further about the Process Cycle, Standard Model of DB Tech. The roles of responsibilities of the Trainers & Center Team in Db Tech in the Mobilization, Training, and Placement phase were precisely explained by Mr. Bhat and Ms. Kaur. A question & answer and Group Discussion were facilitated by Mr. Bhat & Ms. Kaur as well.
On the second and last day of the TOT, June 18, 2022, Session started with the prayer. In the second round of the event, Ms. Anju Bala, Center Coordinator Jalandhar, initiated with the topic of the importance of NSQF in Skilling Eco System. It was one of the most required topics to be delivered to the whole team on how NSFQ works and how much it is going to be important for the coming time. Along with this QP, NOSs, Model Curriculum, Assessment Criteria, Procedure, and Certification were explained by Ms. Bala and Mr. Amit Bhat. Mr. Bhat also took the session on MIS, Center Registration, and Trainer’s linking on SIP.
After the lunch break, Ms. Manpreet Kaur took over the subject of the Placement Process, its documentation, and the Tracking of the trainees. After all this information Ms. Anju Bala counseled the participants about Communication and Case Studies Reports. She instructed them about report writing and the rules they are to follow while making any report and also guided them to upload the report on BOONFACE. Last but not least Mr. Arif Ahmed, Regional Coordinator came up with the subject of HR/ Finance. He briefed the respective departments and ended the session. The trainer threw the following frequently asked questions about policies and programs.
10 Participants took part in this program. To make this event more interesting and informative, many activities were performed. The whole Punjab team honored their seniors with Mementos as a token of Gratitude and thanked the management for arranging such an informative training session.
