At Don Bosco Tech Jalandhar, Punjab centre, a guest lecture was organized for the trainees of Sales Associate on November 8, 2021. Mr Satnam Singh, Sales Manager of Annapurna Super Store was invited to deliver a guest lecture. Mr Robin, Trainer Sales Associate welcomed and introduced Mr Singh to the students and hand over the session to him. After the introduction, Mr Singh gave an overview of the state of the sales activities within a company. He mentioned the different trends happening in the sales volume over a certain time, but also analyzes the different steps of the sales funnel and the performance of sales executives. He gave a snapshot of the company’s exercise at a specific moment in time to assess the situation and determine the best decision to make and the type of action to undertake. He also stated that as a sales provider business manager he should know how well their business is able to sell their products in a given period of time. It also gives them an idea of what the general public wants and how they can adjust to the demands of their customers. He also demonstrated how to deal with a customer and communicate and convince them to buy the products. The lecture ended with applause and a bundle of thank you.
