The Placement Orientation session was conducted by Don Bosco Tech Society (DB Tech) Jalandhar Center for the current batch of Assistant Beauty Therapists on August 28, 2020, through Zoom Meeting Application. This session was directed by the State Coordinator DB Tech Ms. Manpreet Kaur who is the Placement Coordinator as well. Students were formally welcomed by Ms. Kaur and then the detailed discussion started that how the placement activities are carried out by Don Bosco Tech. On successfully completing the course and 100% appearance in the online assessment, she congratulated and appreciated the efforts of each trainee. She shared her extensive knowledge about different job roles and vacancies in the Beauty industry. She guided the trainees that how to appear for the interview and the things that should be taken care of during the interaction with the employers. Ms. Kaur also gave grooming tips to them because in this industry looks and outer personality and general etiquettes matter a lot.

 In her session, she also emphasized the need for good communication skills. Ms. Kaur made the trainees aware of the cosmetic brands, spas, and new techniques used at workplaces. At the end of the session, she motivated all the students to work as they all get placed by Don Bosco Tech. Ms. Anju Bala the Center Coordinator and Ms. Ritu Samra trainer Assistant Beauty Therapist were also present in the meeting.
