On January 10, 2024, a significant inauguration event unfolded at the Jalandhar center, orchestrated by the dedicated team at Don Bosco Tech Society. Nearly 50 eager students graced the occasion, eager to embark on their journey of skill development.
The event commenced with a poignant briefing by one of our current batch’s trainees, shedding light on the noble vision of St. John Bosco and the Society's mission to empower youth through skill development. Emphasis was placed on understanding and embodying the extraordinary ideals of our patron saint.
Following this, the principal of DAV College graced the stage, sharing insightful perspectives on the myriad skills and opportunities awaiting the trainees. He emphasized the significance of peer interaction and guidance from experienced trainers in shaping their educational journey.
Subsequently, representatives from each domain—E-Commerce and Customer Care Executive (CCE)—took the spotlight, sharing heartfelt accounts of their experiences since joining the center. They expressed gratitude towards the staff and the NGO for providing them with a transformative platform to hone their skills and nurture their personalities.
For all the trainees, Don Bosco Tech Society has proven to be a beacon of opportunity, enabling them to address their strengths and weaknesses in both computer literacy and English proficiency. Moreover, they rejoice in the specialized knowledge gained in their chosen fields of E-commerce and Customer Care Executive.
The meticulously planned inauguration event successfully fulfilled its objective of inspiring and empowering the youth, setting them on a path towards a brighter future.
