As part of Don Bosco Tech Society’s (DB Tech) Customer Relationship Management  course (CRM), the guest lecture was organized by DB Tech for the CRM Trainees at Jandiala Manjki, Jalandhar, Punjab Center on January 31, 2023. MS Sonia Rani, Trainer of CRM  introduced Mr. Abhishek to the students Mr. Abhishek, a supervisor at reputed call center, was the resource person for the lecture. Before the starting of the lecture, Mr. Abhishek was introduced to the trainees. The program started with lighting of the lamp by all of them including the students.

Mr. Abhishek had shared with the audience about recent trends in customer relationship management by using his well appreciated fourteen years of experience of which eleven was in Software and three in Manufacturing and Service sector in various roles. He had in the past held responsibilities as a Calibration and Marketing Engineer while working in the non-IT sector. The six projects that he had been associated with the IT Industry He delivered an interesting talk on the influence of social media in firm reputation management and recent trends in customer relationship management. He advised the students to concentrate more on concepts, and gain practical knowledge. He explained how his company use CRM software’s and also explained about different CRM vendors. At the end of both presentations, students were given the opportunity to ask questions and get in contact with the guest speakers.

It was a very informative and interactive session where students came to know about the career choices in CRM.
