On June 15, 2024, the Jalandhar Centre organized an enlightening exposure visit to Trends Mall in Nakodar City, renowned for its fashionable clothing. The visit was meticulously arranged by domain trainers Mr. Harpreet Singh, specializing as a Customer Care Executive, and Twinkle Leer, an E-Commerce Executive.

The day began with a warm and gracious welcome from the mall staff, which set a positive tone for the visit. The trainees were visibly pleased by the courteous reception. They were then guided through a detailed exploration of the mall's interior architecture and clothing organization. Trends Mall is thoughtfully divided into three distinct sections: a ladies' section, a kids' section, and a men's section located on the second floor. The trainees were particularly impressed by the meticulous arrangement of clothing, which not only enhanced the shopping experience but also provided a valuable lesson in the importance of product organization to attract customers.
