On October 10th, 2023, the centre held a Parent-Teacher Meeting, inviting trainees and their parents for a comprehensive discussion about student progress. Notifications were sent well in advance via the official student WhatsApp groups, ensuring full participation.

The primary objective of the meeting was to provide parents with a detailed overview of their children's daily class performance, interaction with trainers and peers, and overall behavior. Despite a modest attendance of 15 parents, the meeting was deemed highly successful. Parents received in-depth feedback on their children’s strengths, areas for improvement, and extracurricular talents demonstrated during weekly activities at the centre.

Engaging discussions ensued between parents, trainees, and trainers, focusing on classroom discipline and attendance. Parents expressed their satisfaction with the academic rigor and noted significant improvements in their children since joining the program. Trainers Mr. Tarvinder Singh (ITES support domain), Mr. Harpreet Singh (CCE), and Mr. Robin (E-Commerce) shared detailed insights into the academic calendar and the last working day, assuring parents of their availability for any future concerns.

The meeting concluded with a collective decision: maintaining consistent effort and dedication would empower students to confidently face future challenges. This event not only strengthened the bond between the centre and the families but also reinforced the commitment to nurturing capable and self-reliant individuals.
