On 25/07/2025 Don Bosco Tech Society organized a dynamic and thought-provoking session for the IT-CCE and Digital Mitra teams, centering on the themes of focus and target orientation. Far more than just an activity, the event was designed as an immersive experience to cultivate sharper concentration, clarity of purpose, and an empowered mindset among participants.
Through interactive exercises, reflective discussions, and practical demonstrations, participants were guided to recognize the importance of channeling their energy toward clear goals. The activities highlighted how focus is not merely about eliminating distractions, but about aligning thoughts and actions with a larger vision. Similarly, the concept of target orientation was explored as a way to move from intention to measurable achievement—whether in professional tasks, personal development, or community engagement.
One of the most intriguing aspects of the program was the way everyday scenarios were transformed into learning moments. For example, simple tasks were re-imagined as tools to reveal how concentration can either make or break performance. This not only kept the participants deeply engaged but also provided them with actionable strategies to apply in their day-to-day roles.
The event underscored Don Bosco Tech Society’s ongoing commitment to holistic capacity-building—where skill development is paired with personal growth. By the end of the session, participants expressed feeling more energized, more mindful of their goals, and better equipped to carry forward the mission of IT-CCE and Digital Mitra with renewed determination.
This insightful and inspiring gathering was a reminder that success lies not just in acquiring technical knowledge but also in mastering the art of focus and direction.
