REPORT ON "FOOD WITHOUT FIRE" COMPETITION

1. INTRODUCTION
DBTech Training Center successfully organized a "Food Without Fire" activity for all trainees. The event aimed to encourage creativity, teamwork, effective time management, and confidence among trainees.
All trainees participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their culinary skills by preparing healthy and delicious dishes without using fire or gas.
2. OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY
The main objectives of organizing this activity were:
- To develop time management skills
- To encourage teamwork and cooperation
- To improve concentration while completing tasks
- To enhance presentation skills through attractive food decoration
- To build public speaking and communication skills by explaining the prepared dishes
3. PARTICIPATION
All trainees participated enthusiastically in the competition.
They worked together in teams, planned their dishes efficiently, and completed their preparations within the allotted time.
Each team confidently presented their dish and explained the ingredients, nutritional value, and preparation method in front of the Centre Head, Fr. Kuriakose.

All trainees prepared a variety of delicious and nutritious dishes, including:

5. EVALUATION
After the preparation, each team presented their dish in front of Centre Head Fr. Kuriakose*. He appreciated the trainees' creativity, teamwork, presentation, and communication skills.

- Presentation
