MOCK INTERVIEW REPORT

 Venue- DBTech Kalaburagi .

1. OBJECTIVE 

The main objective of the Mock Interview was to prepare trainees for real job interviews, improve their communication skills, confidence, and technical knowledge.

2. SESSION DETAILS 

We have successfully conducted mock interviews for IT CCE Trainees and Digital Mitra Trainees. 

Each trainee was interviewed individually by a panel. Questions were asked on technical skills, , communication, and job role-related scenarios. 

Feedback was given to every student after the interview regarding strengths and areas of improvement.

3. KEY OUTCOMES 

1. Trainees gained confidence in facing interview panels.

2. Improved communication, body language, and answering techniques.

3. Students became aware of resume building and self-introduction.

4. CONCLUSION 

The mock interview session was interactive and helpful. Trainees participated actively and received constructive feedback. This activity will help them perform better in actual placement drives.
