On 5th December 2025, Don Bosco Tech Kalaburagi hosted an enriching session on Professional Presence and Confidence Building for the Digital Mitra Batch B7 (250349). Conducted from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, the session was facilitated by the Schneider Electric team as part of their continued commitment to strengthening employability and workplace readiness among youth.

The session created a vibrant learning environment where trainees were introduced to the essential elements of professional behavior required in today’s dynamic work culture. Key focus areas included effective communication etiquette, confident body language, grooming standards, and the importance of cultivating a positive professional mindset. Drawing from real-world workplace experiences, the Schneider Electric facilitators seamlessly connected theory with practice, enabling trainees to understand how professional presence influences first impressions, interviews, and long-term career growth.

Interactive discussions, relatable examples, and short practical activities kept the trainees actively engaged throughout the session. Participants were encouraged to reflect on their own behavior, confidence levels, and self-presentation, helping them recognize areas of improvement while also building self-belief. The approachable and experiential training style ensured that learning was not only informative but also inspiring.

The trainees responded with enthusiasm and curiosity, openly participating and sharing their thoughts. Many expressed that the session helped them gain clarity on how small changes in attitude, communication, and appearance can significantly enhance professional confidence. The insights gained are expected to have a lasting impact on their interview readiness and workplace interactions.

Overall, the session proved to be a meaningful addition to the Digital Mitra training program at Don Bosco Tech Kalaburagi. By focusing on holistic personality development alongside technical skills, the initiative reaffirmed Don Bosco Tech Society’s commitment to nurturing confident, job-ready professionals equipped to succeed in the modern workforce.
