The recruitment drive was organized following an invitation from Lahoti Motors, a reputed name in the automobile sector known for its commitment to excellence and customer-centric services. The selection process was led by Mr. Ankush Deshpande, HR Manager at Lahoti Motors, whose interaction with the candidates added depth and clarity to the hiring process. His engagement went beyond evaluation, offering candidates valuable insights into industry expectations, professional growth, and workplace culture.
The primary objective of the drive was to provide employment pathways for trained candidates of Don Bosco Tech Society while enabling direct interaction between industry and job seekers. Positions included Relationship Manager, Commercial Executive, True Value Evaluator or Pre-Owned Car Evaluator, Insurance Executive, and Back-end Telecaller. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from candidates of the Digital Mitra Batch and IT CCE Batch. All eligible candidates from these batches took part with confidence and commitment, making the event vibrant and competitive.
