On August 14, 2025, trainees from the IT CRM and Digital Mitra courses at DB Tech Kalaburagi stepped into a new chapter of their professional journey by participating in a job fair organized at the District Employment Exchange Office, Kalaburagi.

The fair was more than just a platform for job opportunities—it became a space for learning, discovery, and real-time exposure to the competitive world of recruitment. Our trainees not only interacted with employers but also gained valuable insights into industry expectations, interview etiquette, and the growing demand for digital and customer relationship management skills.

Amid the energy and anticipation of the event, four of our trainees impressed recruiters and earned shortlisting for the next round of interviews. Beyond this achievement, the experience itself opened doors to new aspirations, helping participants understand how their classroom learning connects to the wider world of work.
