Don Bosco Tech Society continues to strengthen industry linkages and youth employability through focused placement initiatives. As part of this ongoing effort, a successful placement and onboarding drive was conducted with Blinkit for candidates trained under the Digital Mitra domain in Bengaluru, covering Batch B7 (250349).

The placement journey unfolded across two Blinkit operational locations in the city—Abbigere and Arkere—marking an important milestone for the candidates as they transitioned from training to employment.

At the Abbigere location, five male candidates were placed with Blinkit. Document verification was conducted on December 19, during which four candidates successfully completed the process. Demonstrating Blinkit’s efficient onboarding framework, these four candidates were formally onboarded the very next day, December 20, enabling them to begin their professional journey without delay. This swift turnaround reflected both the preparedness of the candidates and the effectiveness of the placement coordination.

Meanwhile, at the Arkere location, two female candidates were placed and underwent document verification on December 19. Both candidates cleared the verification stage successfully, with their onboarding scheduled for December 21. Their progression highlights growing opportunities for women in digital and last-mile service roles, reinforcing Don Bosco Tech Society’s commitment to inclusive workforce participation.

Overall, the Blinkit placement drive for Batch B7 in Bengaluru stands as a strong example of outcome-driven skilling. The seamless movement from verification to onboarding underscores the relevance of the Digital Mitra training and the trust placed by industry partners in Don Bosco Tech Society–trained candidates. As these young professionals step into their roles, the initiative reaffirms the organization’s mission to bridge skill development with meaningful employment and sustainable livelihoods.
