1. Objective
To provide IT CCE trainees exposure to job opportunities, company recruitment processes, and interview preparation through direct interaction with recruiters.
2. Activities Conducted
1. Registration: All IT CCE trainees completed the registration process at the venue.
2. Job Description : Based on each trainee’s qualification, companies provided relevant job descriptions.
3. Resume Collection: Several companies collected resumes from interested candidates.
4. Follow-up: Selected companies informed trainees that details regarding job roles and vacancies will be shared within 2 days.
5. Interview Guidance: Trainees gained practical knowledge on how to face interviews and the types of questions commonly asked during the process.
