The second Learning Management System (LMS) session for Digital Mitra Batch B7 (250349) was successfully conducted on 4 December 2025 at DB Tech Kalaburagi. Building on the foundation laid during the initial orientation, this follow-up session focused on deepening trainees’ understanding of the digital learning ecosystem and strengthening their confidence in navigating the LMS independently.

The session moved beyond basic orientation and offered practical insights into the effective use of the LMS as a core learning companion throughout the Digital Mitra programme. Trainees were guided through advanced features of the LMS dashboard, enabling them to seamlessly access learning modules, track progress, and manage assignments within stipulated timelines. Special attention was given to task uploads, participation in interactive activities, and reviewing completed lessons to encourage self-paced and reflective learning.

A key highlight of the session was the emphasis on hands-on practice. Trainees actively explored the platform, allowing them to resolve real-time queries related to assessments, deadlines, and module completion. This interactive approach not only clarified doubts but also helped learners recognise the LMS as an empowering tool rather than a mere requirement.

The session also underscored the importance of consistent LMS engagement for academic growth and professional readiness. By familiarising themselves with progress reports and performance indicators, trainees gained greater ownership of their learning journey.

Overall, the second LMS session proved to be both impactful and motivating. It enhanced digital fluency among trainees, improved engagement with course content, and ensured that learners are well prepared for upcoming modules. The session reaffirmed Don Bosco Tech’s commitment to integrating technology with skill development, fostering confident and future-ready digital professionals.
