Activity: Market Simulation
Today we conducted a Market Simulation Activity. All trainees participated actively.
In this activity, we created a mini market setup inside the classroom. Students acted as shopkeepers and customers, where they practiced communication skills, negotiation, customer handling, and sales techniques in a real-time environment.
Uses & Benefits to Trainees:
1. Communication Skills - Improved speaking, greeting customers, and explaining products confidently
2. Negotiation Skills - Learned how to handle bargaining and pricing discussions
