On 9 April 2026, a focused mobilization initiative was conducted across the villages of Panegaon, Khanadal, and Kesratgi, reflecting a committed effort to bridge the gap between opportunity and aspiration among rural youth. The campaign aimed to create awareness about Don Bosco Tech Society’s short-term skill development programs and inspire young individuals to explore pathways toward sustainable livelihoods.

The outreach activity was marked by meaningful engagement with the community. Informative pamphlets were distributed, introducing participants to the Digital Mitra and IT CCE courses. Beyond distribution, the team ensured that each interaction added value, offering clear insights into the structure, duration, and practical benefits of the programs.

Through direct conversations, the mobilization team highlighted key features of the training initiatives, including well-organized sessions, access to study materials and training kits, and a strong emphasis on hands-on, skill-based learning. Particular attention was given to the career-oriented nature of the courses, especially the provision of placement support upon successful completion.

What stood out during the visit was the enthusiasm and curiosity of the local youth. The team engaged in open discussions, addressing questions related to eligibility criteria, training processes, and future career prospects. These interactions not only clarified doubts but also built a sense of trust and motivation among participants.

The outcome of the activity was encouraging. Awareness about the programs was effectively established across all three villages, and several interested candidates were identified for potential enrollment. The response indicated a growing readiness among rural youth to embrace skill development as a stepping stone toward employment and self-reliance.

Moving forward, the focus will be on sustained engagement. Follow-ups with interested candidates will be undertaken to guide them through the enrollment process and assist with necessary documentation. Based on the positive response, additional mobilization drives may also be planned to extend the reach of these opportunities.

Overall, the initiative successfully fulfilled its purpose of informing, engaging, and inspiring the community. With continued efforts and consistent support, this momentum is expected to translate into increased participation and meaningful career outcomes for the youth in these regions.
