Exposure Visit of Graphic Designer trainees, Batch - 01 of Skills To Succeed 2025-26

Don Bosco Tech, Sambalpur organized an exposure visit for the Graphic Designer trainees to Sapna Arts, Sambalpur on September 2, 2025. The main purpose of the visit was to give the trainees practical knowledge and improve their professional skills. The team was guided by Mr. Lalgopal Nanda and Mr. Dillip Kumar Behera.
At Sapna Arts, the trainees were warmly welcomed by Mr. Saroj Chand, the proprietor. He explained the different processes involved in graphic product production. The trainees observed and learned about various printing methods such as flex printing, banner printing, and card printing. They also came to know about printing on rigid materials like sun boards and steel panels.
Mr. Saroj also gave useful tips on how to build a successful career in graphic design. He stressed the importance of understanding design principles, practicing design software, working on real projects, and creating a strong portfolio. These points encouraged the trainees to focus on skill-building and continuous practice.
During the session, the trainees actively participated by asking questions and sharing their thoughts. They expressed that the visit gave them a clear idea of how graphic design works in real life. Many trainees felt that the exposure helped them to connect their classroom knowledge with practical applications.
The experience was described by the trainees as “highly informative and educative.” It gave them confidence and inspiration to work harder in their chosen career path.
