A valuable guest lecture on "Hospitality Growth and the Career of Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage)" was held on February 18, 2025, at Don Bosco Tech Society, Sambalpur. The event began with a welcome address by the domain trainer, Mr. Bhavani Sankar Bhanja, who introduced and welcomed Mr. Ranjan Singh, the Manager of Hotel KC Palace, Sambalpur, Odisha, to deliver the lecture.

Mr. Ranjan began his session by greeting the trainees and congratulating them for choosing a career in the growing hospitality sector. He shared valuable insights with the trainees, explaining that a career in hotels is one of the most glamorous professions. He highlighted that pursuing a career in Food & Beverage in India offers excellent opportunities, with high salaries and regular promotions. He emphasized that the mission of the training program is to meet the industry's needs and prepare individuals for successful careers as leaders in a dynamic, multi-cultural job market.

Mr. Ranjan also shared his personal journey, describing how he started at the bottom and worked his way up to his current position. He offered practical knowledge and useful tips to the trainees, stressing the importance of perseverance and determination throughout their careers. According to him, in the hospitality industry, anything is possible with hard work and dedication.

The trainees were highly engaged and responsive throughout the session. They were encouraged to stay focused and committed to their career paths.
