On July 1, 2025, Don Bosco Tech, Sambalpur, hosted an engaging guest lecture for Batch 2 on the role of an IT Customer Care Executive. The session began with a welcome from Mr. Sarada Prasad Nanda, who introduced the guest speaker, Mr. Rabi Pradhan, Manager at Gaumaya Paints, Sambalpur.

Mr. Rabi opened by congratulating the trainees for choosing a career in IT customer care, a crucial role that bridges technology providers and users. He explained the key responsibilities of the job, such as handling customer queries via calls, emails, and chats, documenting and resolving technical issues, tracking service tickets, and maintaining accurate logs.
