Don Bosco Tech, Sambalpur organized an insightful guest lecture for Batch 04 on October 31, 2025, focusing on the dynamic role of an IT Customer Care Executive. The session commenced with a warm welcome address by Mr. Sarada Prasad Nanda, who introduced the esteemed guest speaker, Mr. Jibardhan Mahanda, Area Sales Manager at Goumaya Agro Pvt. Ltd., Bargarh, Odisha.
Mr. Jibardhan began by congratulating the trainees for choosing a promising career path as IT Customer Care Executives — a vital role that bridges the gap between technology providers and end users. He elaborated on the key responsibilities of the position, including managing customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats; resolving and documenting technical issues; tracking service tickets; and maintaining accurate service records. He emphasized that beyond troubleshooting, customer care executives play an essential role in educating users and preventing recurring problems.
