On 12th September 2025, Don Bosco Tech, Chandigarh organized a Placement Orientation Program for the students of both batches – E-Commerce Executive and IT-CCE. The session was designed to prepare trainees for the upcoming placement drives by equipping them with the right knowledge, skills, and mindset required to enter the professional world. The program began with a welcome note by the trainers, who highlighted the importance of placement readiness and how it plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the trainees.  Special emphasis was laid on the importance of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities, alongside technical knowledge. Trainers also explained how students should present themselves during interviews, including proper grooming, body language, and confidence in expressing ideas. Real-life examples and success stories of previous batches were shared to motivate the trainees.  During the orientation, students were encouraged to ask questions and clear their doubts about the placement procedure. The trainers guided them on preparing for mock interviews, aptitude tests, and skill assessments that are commonly part of the recruitment process. They also highlighted the wide range of opportunities available in the sectors of E-Commerce and IT, stressing the importance of continuous learning and adaptability in today’s fast-changing job market. Mr. Ansh also discussed how AI platforms are currently in very high demand in jobs. He explained that artificial intelligence and digital tools are transforming the workplace and creating new opportunities across industries. Students were advised to upgrade their knowledge in AI-driven tools and platforms to stay competitive in the evolving job market. The session proved to be highly interactive and insightful. Students actively participated and showed enthusiasm to learn about various aspects of career building.
