Report on Field Visit of IT Customer care executive student

On 26th June 2025, students from the IT Customer Care Executive (IT-CCE) course at Don Bosco Tech participated in an insightful field visit to Visa Stone Immigration, a reputed immigration consultancy located in Sector 36, Chandigarh. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to customer service practices and a deeper understanding of the operations within the immigration sector.
The students were warmly received by Ms. Simran, the Manager at Visa Stone Immigration, who conducted an engaging and highly informative session. She began by walking the students through the core components of the immigration process, including different types of visas, the significance of accurate documentation, and the step-by-step procedures involved in client consultations. Her explanations transformed complex legal and procedural information into understandable concepts, helping students grasp the real-world implications of immigration services.
Beyond technical processes, the session delved into the human side of the business—customer care. Ms. Simran shared her extensive experience in handling diverse client needs and emphasized essential soft skills such as clear communication, active listening, patience, and empathy.
