Every Child is special to a responsible teacher irrespective of caste, religion, and color. Children’s Day is the perfect time to showcase the precious gifts that God has given to mankind and to send wishes, messages, and prayers to them to show their love without leaving a chance.

Don Bosco Tech, Thakurmunda celebrated children’s day on November 14 2019 at Thakurmunda. The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp by chief guest Sri Manoj Jena (Secretary, Heritage English Medium School & Social Worker), Trainers Mr. Abhimanyu Behera, and Mr.Rameswar Tripathy, followed by devotional songs by the trainees.

Mr. Rameswar Tripathy formally addressed the chief guest and all Trainees. With a warm wish, he explained the importance of Children’s Day in a teacher’s successful journey. He briefed how children are the hope carrier of all teachers.

Mr. Jena addressed the gathering and explained the youngsters’ vital role in making our country develop. He also gave some keynotes to our trainees for making their future bright. They organized varied events to celebrate Children’s Day and the students participated actively to make the day successful. Mr. Jena distributed prizes to trainees who occupied 1st, 2nd, 3rd Positions and the debate competition which was held on the 13th of November on the topic “Importance of Single-Use Plastic”. Mr. Rameswar and Abhimanyu presented a small token of love to each of the trainees with some sweets.

It was certainly a wonderful day for all of DB Tech Thakurmunda. The day ended in a beautiful resonance lingering in everybody’s minds. The entire program was applauded by everyone present and will always remain etched in the memory of one and all. In the end, Mr. Rameswar Tripathy offered a vote of thanks to all including the state operation team and national team. He thanked the guests and our beloved trainees for gracing the occasion with their solemn presence and the event was ended up with a national anthem.
