Inauguration Ceremony of Food & Beverage Steward at Don Bosco Tech- Thakurmunda

Don Bosco Tech- Thakurmunda organized an inaugural ceremony of Accenture phase 10, batch – 2 (Food & Beverage Steward) on December 11, 2019. The ceremony commenced with inviting the guest to the dies and lightning of lamp by the chief guest of the event Mr. Prasant Kumar Behera (Chairperson of Thakurmunda block), guest of honor Mr. Sarat Chandra Tripathy (Secretary of Rural Research and Development Organization), Mr. Jagadish Prasad Swain (Centre Coordinator), Mr. Abhimanyu Behera (Trainer) and Mr. Rameswar Tripathy (Support domain trainer).
Mr. Rameswar Tripathy formally welcomed the chief guest, guest of honor and the trainees from all over the Mayurbhanj District. Mr. Tripathy explained the successful journey of Don Bosco Tech in all over India and the mission initiated by Don Bosco Tech Society in association with Accenture. Also, he explained the benefits of getting into Don Bosco Tech Skilling Mission and welcomes all the trainees on behalf of Don Bosco Tech.
Sri Behera (Chief guest) delivered an exceptional speech to our trainees and trainers which would be very helpful for all in the future. He told how he is the witness of transforming many lives in Thakurmunda which is only possible due to Don Bosco Skilling Mission. He admired the work done by Don Bosco Tech in all over India. He said that hospitality is one of the world’s largest and rapidly growing industries. There are many exciting job opportunities since a hotel has many departments such as Service, Front Office, Accounting, Housekeeping / Maintenance, Security, etc. You can also step to work such as restaurants, hotels, pubs, motels, luxurious resorts and bars. If you lear then you can also start your own business by opening a small restaurant/hotel. There is no end to the possibilities in the hospitality industry. With a little ingenuity, good business sense and creative genius you can start a company of your own and scale to a great magnitude.
Mr. Sarat Chandra Tripathy described the importance of skill training in this competitive world. He delivered some golden notes to candidates for their bright future.
In the end, there was some cultural program by the trainees. Mr. Rameswar Tripathy offered a vote of thanks to all including the state operational team. He thanked all the invited guests and our beloved trainees for gracing the occasion by their solemn presence. He also conveyed his deep gratitude to the national team for their support and kind co-operation and the event concluded with National Anthem.
