Don Bosco Tech Thakurmunda Organized a parent’s meeting of Accenture 2023-24 for Mushroom Grower job role on June 1, 2023. The main objective of the meeting was to create better understanding between parents and teachers and harmonious relationship between the training centre and the community. The programme was Coordinated by Mr. Diganta Pattanaik (support Domain Trainer), Mr. Jagadish Prasad Swain (Center Coordinator) Mr. Abhimanyu Behera (Domain Trainer). Many Parents have attended this event from different corner of Mayurbhanj District

Mr. Jagadish Prasad Swain (Center Coordinator) welcomes each one of parents to this meeting. Mr. Diganta Pattanaik (Support domain Trainer) described the mission and vision of Don Bosco Tech Society. He briefed the Don Bosco Tech work for youth’s Skill development for the young mass. Parents are encouraged to organise separate session during the year, any time students can come and ask their doubt regarding cultivation of Mushroom, to discuss any concerns or discuss extra information that will assist the trainer to until an successful entrepreneur. Our focus is how student can stand by their on by cultivating mushroom and how they could create an additional livelihood source to help their family.

Then Mr. Jagadish Prasad Swain briefed about the job role. He explained rules, regulations, training of the training center. He described the parent’s importance of mushroom cultivation and its source income. He Motivated the parents to encourage to his/her son/ daughter be self employed and growth their future .He clear the parents worries regarding training. Parents are happy for the training program and gave a very good feedback for the programme.

Finally, Vote of thanks was given by Mr. Jagadish Prasad Swain on behalf Don Bosco Tech. He thanked them for participating and marking it successful by their presence.
