A celebration was organized to mark the International women’s day on March 8, 2021 in Don Bosco Tech - Thakurmunda, Odisha. The purpose of celebrating women’s day is - To raise awareness about rights and dignity of women in the society. As classes are going on Digital Platform due to COVID - 19 pandemic, celebration of Women’s day also took place through digital platform as scheduled prior.
On this eve all trainees, trainers, including our centre head Mr. Sarat Tripathy were connected digitally to wish and celebrate. Sri Sarat Tripathy addressed the meeting and gave beautiful and successful formulae to our young and dynamic trainees for their future. He explained how Don Bosco Tech Society has been serving for the people of Mayurbhanj as well as for the women of Society science last 6 years.
Mr. Rameswar Tripathy and Mr. Jagdish Prasad Swain trainers of Thakurmunda centre explained the importance of women in building our society and importance of women’s day celebration respectively.
All trainees greeted each other with beautiful wishes and messages. At last the session winded up with national anthem.
