On October 7, 2024, Don Bosco Tech, Thakurmunda, hosted its second guest lecture for the "Organic Grower" job role under the Skill to Succeed 2024-25 program. The session, aimed at deepening the understanding of organic growing as a crucial part of the production process, featured Mrs. Madhusmita Mohanta, a well-known expert and owner of Talapada Organic Farm, Talapada. Renowned for her excellence in forest plantation and commitment to organic farming practices, Mrs. Mohanta brought a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to the eager attendees.

The lecture began with a warm introduction by domain trainer Mr. Abhimanyu Behera, who welcomed Mrs. Mohanta to share her expertise.
