Inaugural Ceremony of Batch - 4, (Organic Grower Job Role) of Accenture 2023-24

The much-anticipated inaugural ceremony for Batch 4 of Organic Growers at Accenture 2023-24 took place on September 12, 2023, at the Don Bosco Tech Thakurmunda. The event was graced by prominent figures, including Mr. Sarat Kumar Tripathy (Centre Head), Mr. Jagadish Prasad Swain (Centre Coordinator), Mr. Abhimanyu Behera (Trainer), and Ms. Rasmita Behera (Support Domain Trainer), alongside the enthusiastic trainees.
The ceremony commenced with the formal lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and the beginning of a transformative journey.
Mr. Jagadish Prasad Swain, in his inspiring address, shed light on Don Bosco Tech's remarkable journey across India. He elucidated the mission and vision of the Don Bosco Tech Society, emphasizing the remarkable features and deliverables provided by Accenture. Mr. Swain also underscored the numerous advantages of participating in the DB Tech Skilling Mission and extended a warm welcome to all the trainees on behalf of Don Bosco Tech.
The Centre Head, Mr. Sarat Kumar Tripathy, shared words of encouragement and guidance with the trainees. He emphasized the promising future prospects awaiting the trainees upon the successful completion of their course. Mr. Tripathy elaborated on the benefits of organic farming, highlighting its positive impact on soil health and its contributions to humanity. Organic farming, he explained, plays a pivotal role in sustainable agriculture, reducing production costs, and promoting ecological balance. Its key objectives include environmental conservation, restoring ecological equilibrium, fostering sustainable agricultural practices, enhancing soil fertility, promoting genetic diversity, and eradicating chemical pollution and toxic residues.
The Domain Trainer addressed the trainees, emphasizing the importance of self-employment in today's competitive job market. He also outlined the rules and regulations for trainees, providing clarity on the expectations from the trainees during their time at Don Bosco Tech Thakurmunda.
In closing, Ms. Rasmita Behera extended a heartfelt vote of thanks to all those present, including the state operational team. She expressed sincere gratitude to the trainees for their active participation and assured them of a bright and promising future ahead.
The ceremony culminated with the rendition of the "National Anthem," symbolizing unity and patriotism, marking the end of this memorable and inspiring event.
