Don Bosco Tech Thakurmunda recently organized a transformative exposure visit to Basuli Mushroom Farm located in Jarak, Mayurbhanj district, aimed at enriching the professional ethos of our trainees. Accompanied by Mr. Jagdish Prasad Swain, the esteemed Domain Trainer, and all Mushroom Grower trainees from Batch 7 (Accenture 2023-24), the visit on December 29, 2023, provided invaluable hands-on experience and insights.

Upon arrival, the trainees were warmly welcomed by Mr. Laxman Naik, the Proprietor of Basuli Mushroom Farm, setting the tone for an enlightening day ahead. Excitement filled the air as the trainees eagerly anticipated applying their theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.

Mr. Naik generously shared the farm's entire mushroom cultivation process, from inception to fruition. He elaborated on the utilization of various methods to ensure successful outcomes, emphasizing the conversion of agro-waste into valuable resources like quality food and organic manure.
