Report on Field Visit Report
On September 8, 2025, our trainers, Mr. Himanshu Pandey (IT-CCE), Mr. Satinder Singh (ITES), and Field Officer Mr. Arshnoor Singh, took our trainees on a field visit to a local supermarket in Jalandhar. The visit was an eye-opener for our trainees, who got to see firsthand how a retail environment operates.
As they walked through the supermarket, Mr. Himanshu Pandey pointed out various job roles and responsibilities, such as sales, customer service, and inventory management. He shared stories of how these roles come together to create a seamless shopping experience for customers. The trainees were fascinated by the behind-the-scenes efforts that go into running a supermarket.
The visit wasn't just about observing; it was about learning and interacting. Trainees asked questions, engaged with staff, and gained valuable insights into the industry. Our trainers encouraged them to think critically about the challenges and opportunities in retail, and how they could apply their skills to make a difference.
