On 17th October 2025, the Don Bosco Tech Society, Jalandhar, came alive with vibrant colors, radiant smiles, and the spirit of togetherness as the campus celebrated Diwali — the Festival of Lights — with remarkable enthusiasm and joy. The celebration was not merely a festival but an experience that blended tradition, creativity, and community in a spectacular way.

The entire center was transformed into a dazzling haven of lights, candles, and flowers. From every corner, the glow of diyas reflected warmth and unity, while the fragrant garlands added a touch of serenity to the festive ambiance. One of the highlights of the day was the mesmerizing Rangoli designs created by both trainees and trainers. Their artistry and teamwork painted the campus with shades of creativity, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and harmony over discord.

The event was thoughtfully organized by a dynamic team of trainers — Ms. Twinkle Leer (E-Commerce), Mr. Himanshu Pandey (IT-CCE), Mr. Satinder Singh Kaila (ITES), and Mr. Arshnoor Singh (Field Officer). Their meticulous planning and collaboration ensured that every moment of the celebration unfolded seamlessly, leaving an indelible impression on everyone present.

The program began with reflections on the deeper meaning of Diwali. Trainers shared enlightening stories about Lord Rama’s return to Ayodhya and Guru Hargobind Singh Ji’s release from imprisonment, drawing connections between ancient traditions and modern values. Their words inspired the audience to embrace Diwali not just as a festival of lights, but as a celebration of resilience, freedom, and faith.

As the evening progressed, the aroma of traditional sweets filled the air. The trainees gathered to enjoy a delightful spread of refreshments and mithai, sharing laughter and heartfelt conversations. The distribution of sweets became more than a customary gesture — it was a symbol of unity and shared joy, strengthening the bonds that make the Don Bosco community a true family.

Beyond the festivities, the celebration resonated with the core values of Don Bosco Tech Society — inclusivity, teamwork, and holistic development. It was a day that reminded everyone of the beauty of collective effort and the power of joy when shared with others.

The Diwali celebration concluded amid laughter, glowing lights, and countless memories etched in the hearts of all who attended. As the diyas flickered softly in the evening breeze, they carried a silent promise — that the light of unity, love, and learning would continue to shine brightly within the Don Bosco Tech Society, Jalandhar, in the days to come.
