Report on Guest Lecture
On 21st August 2025, the team members of Don Bosco Tech Society, Jalandhar, organized a guest lecture for IT-CCE trainees. The event was coordinated by), Mr. Himanshu Panday (CCE Trainer) Miss. Twinkle Leer (E-commerce Trainer) and Mr. Satinder Singh Kaila (ITES Trainer).
The esteemed guest speaker, Advocate Mr. Rakesh Kumar, who is also a Manager at SBI Life, shared his expertise on customer dealing and communication skills. During the interactive session, Mr. Kumar emphasized the importance of effective communication in building strong customer relationships. He provided valuable insights on how to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and deliver exceptional customer service.
The trainees actively participated in the discussion, asking questions and sharing their experiences. Mr. Kumar's real-life examples and anecdotes made the session engaging and informative. The lecture covered key aspects of customer dealing, including verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and empathy.
