The final assessment of the IT Customer Care Executive course (Batch ID: B1-260174) was successfully conducted on Thursday, 02 July 2026, at Don Bosco Tech, Kollam, marking a significant milestone in the trainees' skill development journey. Out of the 31 students enrolled in the 55-day training program, all 31 trainees successfully appeared for and completed the final assessment, demonstrating their dedication, commitment, and consistent participation throughout the course.

The assessment was conducted by Mettal Pvt. Ltd. from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. It consisted of two sections: Theory and Skill Assessment. The examination included 61 questions to be completed within 90 minutes. The assessment evaluated the trainees' theoretical knowledge and practical skills in customer service, communication, digital tools, and handling customer interactions in a professional manner.

The day commenced with an inspiring awareness and motivational session delivered by Fr. Antony Joseph, Director of Don Bosco Tech, Kollam. In his address, he highlighted the importance of discipline, continuous learning, personal integrity, and setting long-term career goals. He encouraged the trainees to remain committed to lifelong learning and to approach their professional careers with confidence, dedication, and perseverance. His motivational message created a positive and encouraging atmosphere before the commencement of the assessment. The students also had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Krishnakumar, Senior Executive – Kerala State MIS, who shared valuable insights and motivated the trainees by emphasizing the significance of skill development, professional attitude, and career readiness.

The successful completion of the final assessment is an important milestone for the trainees as they prepare to enter the workforce. It also reflects Don Bosco Tech Kollam's commitment to providing quality skill training that empowers young people with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed for successful careers.
