The session began with a welcome address by Abhimnayu Behera (Domain Trainer), who introduced the purpose of the meeting and highlighted the importance of parental support in the trainees’ skill-development journey. This was followed by a detailed presentation by Satyajit Das (Domain Trainer), who explained the training curriculum, practical learning modules, and the placement support system provided by Don Bosco Tech.
For the Housekeeping Assistant trainees, the discussion focused on professional standards in housekeeping services, including cleaning techniques, hygiene practices, room maintenance, and workplace discipline. The trainers also highlighted the importance of soft skills, including communication, teamwork, punctuality, and adaptability, which are essential for workplace success.
