Activity Title: Alumni Video Contest – 20 Years of Don Bosco Tech

As part of the 20 Years Celebration of Don Bosco Tech Society, Don Bosco Tech Thakurmunda Centre organized an Alumni Video Contest to highlight alumni success stories and demonstrate the impact of skill-based training on sustainable livelihoods and career development.

Four alumni from different job roles participated by recording testimonial videos. The alumni belonged to the Mushroom Grower, Organic Grower, Housekeeping Assistant, and Electrician – Domestic Solutions job roles.

In their videos, the alumni shared their learning experiences at Don Bosco Tech, the practical skills gained during training, and how these skills helped them secure employment or become self-reliant. They also expressed gratitude towards the trainers and the organization for continuous guidance and support.

Each alumnus/alumna emphasized the importance of discipline, regular practice, and confidence in building a successful career, while motivating current trainees to trust the DB Tech training journey.
