Exposure Visit of Graphic Designer trainees, Batch - 05 of Skills To Succeed 2025-26

Don Bosco Tech, Sambalpur organized an exposure visit for the Graphic Designer trainees to Sapna Arts, Sambalpur on March 27, 2026. The main objective of the visit was to give trainees practical industry exposure and improve their professional skills. The visit was guided by Mr. Lalgopal Nanda and Mr. Dillip Kumar Behera.
At Sapna Arts, the trainees were warmly welcomed by Mr. Saroj Chand, the proprietor. He explained the different steps involved in graphic product production and gave a clear idea about how work is done in a printing unit. The trainees observed various printing methods such as flex printing, banner printing, and card printing. They also saw printing on materials like sun boards and steel panels.
Mr. Saroj Chand shared useful advice about building a career in graphic design. He highlighted the importance of strong basic knowledge, regular practice with design software, working on real projects, and building a good portfolio. His guidance encouraged the trainees to keep learning and improving their skills.
The trainees actively participated by asking questions and sharing their thoughts. They said that the visit helped them understand real-world graphic design work and connect their classroom learning with industry practice.
The trainees described the visit as “very informative and useful.” The exposure visit increased their confidence and motivated them to work hard for their future careers.
At the end of the visit, the trainees and faculty thanked Mr. Saroj Chand for his time, support, and guidance. Overall, the exposure visit was a valuable learning experience that helped trainees gain practical knowledge and motivated them to become successful graphic designers.
