On June 13, 2025, Don Bosco Tech Sambalpur Centre was full of energy and excitement as it launched Batch-03 of the Guest Service Associate (Food & Beverage) training under the Accenture-Hospitality 2024-26 project. This special event marked the beginning of a new journey for the trainees, who are now preparing to enter the dynamic world of hospitality.

The event began with encouraging speeches by Mr. Prabhudatta Panda, President of BJP Yuva Parisad, Sambalpur District, and Sr. Sofia Augustin, Administrative Head of JMJ Hospital. As Chief Guests, they spoke about how creativity, dedication, and hard work are important in building a successful career in hospitality. Their words motivated the trainees to face future challenges with confidence.

Several other respected guests were also present, including Mr. Bhavani Sankar Bhanja, Mr. Sarada Prasad Nanda, and Mr. Lal Gopal Nanda. They talked about the many opportunities in the hospitality industry and encouraged the students to think beyond the training and aim for long-term career growth.

The main highlight was the official induction of Batch-03, a moment filled with excitement and hope. The trainees showed great enthusiasm, ready to learn and grow in this field.

One of the most inspiring parts of the event was the speech by Mr. Dillip Kumar Behera, Centre Coordinator and a well-known industry expert. He shared valuable insights about the various career opportunities available in the Guest Service Associate role. His talk gave the students a clear understanding of their career potential and boosted their confidence about the future.

The event ended with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mr. Lalgopal Nanda, who appreciated everyone’s support and reminded the trainees that they are stepping into a bright and successful future.
