1st Guest Lecture IT Customer Care Executive Job Role Batch -03, Learning to Earning 2026-27

Don Bosco Tech Society, Sambalpur Centre, organized a guest lecture for the trainees of IT Customer Care Executive – Batch 03 (Learning to Earning 2026–27) on 14 July 2026. The session was conducted to provide trainees with practical industry knowledge and help them understand the responsibilities, skills, and career opportunities in customer care.
The programme began with a warm welcome by Mr. Dillip Kumar Behera, who introduced the guest speaker, Mr. Dipak Mahapatra, Area Sales Manager, Goumaya Agro Pvt. Ltd. He welcomed the speaker and encouraged the trainees to make the best use of the opportunity to learn from an experienced industry professional.
During the session, Mr. Dipak Mahapatra congratulated the trainees for choosing a career in customer care and explained the importance of providing quality service to customers. He spoke about the key responsibilities of an IT Customer Care Executive, such as communicating with customers through calls, emails, and chats, understanding customer concerns, resolving issues, maintaining service records, and providing timely support. He also highlighted the importance of good communication skills, patience, teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude in building a successful career.
Mr. Mahapatra shared his own career journey and explained how hard work, continuous learning, and dedication helped him grow from an entry-level employee to an Area Sales Manager. His experiences inspired the trainees to remain focused on their goals and continue improving their skills.
The session was interactive, with trainees asking questions about career opportunities, workplace expectations, and customer handling. The guest speaker answered their queries and encouraged them to develop confidence, communication skills, and a learning attitude.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Rasmita Behera, who expressed gratitude to Mr. Dipak Mahapatra for sharing his valuable knowledge and motivating the trainees.
The guest lecture was informative and inspiring. It provided the trainees with practical insights into customer service and motivated them to prepare themselves for successful careers in the customer care industry.
