Report on Guest Lecture for IT-CCE Domain

On January 23, 2026, Don Bosco Tech Society, Jalandhar organized an insightful  Guest Lecture for IT Customer Care trainees. The session was delivered by Mr. Lovepreet Turna,  Owner of Brand Be Like, who shared his valuable knowledge on business development, customer handling, and professional workplace etiquettes.

Mr. Lovepreet Turna addressed the students on the importance of effective communication, positive attitude, and professionalism in customer-facing roles. Drawing from his entrepreneurial journey, he explained how strong customer relationships and quality service play a vital role in business growth. He also guided the students on acquiring and retaining customers while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
