Report on the Distribution of Uniforms, Training Kits, and Stationery

The Distribution of Uniforms, Training kits, and Stationery to the trainees at Don Bosco Tech Society, Jalandhar, was successfully conducted on August 9, 2025. This initiative aimed to provide trainees with the necessary resources to support their respective training programs and enhance their learning experience.

The distribution process was efficiently managed by a dedicated team of staff members. ITES Trainer Mr. Satinder Singh Kaila oversaw the entire operation, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. He was supported by Ms. Twinkle Leer, E-Commerce Trainer, who played a key role in the distribution of materials to the trainees. Mr. Himanshu Pandey, a IT-CCE trainer, also contributed significantly by assisting with the organization and smooth distribution of the items. Field Officer Mr. Arshnoor Singh was present to provide additional support and to ensure that the process was conducted in accordance with established guidelines.

Each trainee received a full set of uniform, a comprehensive training kit comprising essential learning materials, and stationery items including notebooks, pens, and pencils. The distribution was carried out in an orderly and timely manner, ensuring that every trainee received their allocated items without delay.

The event concluded successfully, with trainees expressing sincere appreciation for the support and commitment shown by the Don Bosco Tech Society in facilitating their training journey.
