Guest Lecture Report For IT-CCE

 

On May 19, 2026, Don Bosco Tech Society organized an informative and highly engaging guest lecture for the trainees of the IT Customer Care Executive course. The session was delivered by Anmolpreet Singh, who is currently working as a Computer Operator at Dhiman Industries. The lecture aimed to provide students with practical exposure to modern workplace technologies, professional ethics, and the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in the IT industry.

During the session, Anmolpreet Singh shared valuable knowledge about the practical use of AI tools in office work and explained how Artificial Intelligence is transforming modern workplaces by improving efficiency, communication, and productivity. He discussed how AI technologies are being used in data management, customer handling, report preparation, and other daily professional tasks. The students gained a better understanding of how technology is making work smarter and faster in today’s competitive environment.

The guest speaker also introduced students to different computer languages and highlighted their importance in the IT sector. He explained how learning programming and technical skills can create better career opportunities and help students stay updated with industry demands. Along with technical knowledge, he emphasized the importance of communication skills, teamwork, discipline, time management, and maintaining a professional attitude in the workplace.
