Report on Certificate Distribution
On May 12, 2025, Don Bosco Tech, Jalandhar organized a certificate distribution ceremony for its ex-batch students. The event provided a valuable opportunity for former trainees to reconnect with their peers and receive their well-earned certificates. It was also a moment for alumni to reunite at the center, share their experiences, and reflect on the knowledge and skills they’ve gained in their respective workplaces.
The program began with a warm welcome from Mr. Satinder Singh, ITES Trainer. He delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the importance of setting clear goals and remaining persistent in their pursuit. He reminded the attendees that life is full of challenges, but giving up should never be an option. Using a powerful analogy, he urged the students to be like flowing water—constantly moving forward and adapting to change—rather than remaining stagnant. Success, he said, is like a mountain that must be climbed with continuous effort. Following him, Mrs. Manpreet Kaur, Assistant Manager (State Operations & MIS), shared her insights on achieving success in life. She stressed the importance of discipline, hard work, and strategic planning, encouraging students to remain focused and motivated in their respective careers. Mr. Harpreet Singh, CCE Trainer, also addressed the gathering. He congratulated the students on their achievements and offered valuable advice on workplace behavior and professional development. The highlight of the event was when ex-batch trainees came forward to share their personal experiences. They spoke about their training period and the positive impact it had on their lives and careers. Certificates were then distributed, marking the successful completion of their programs. The trainers extended their heartfelt wishes for the students’ future endeavors.
The event concluded successfully, leaving everyone with a sense of pride and motivation. Each face reflected the satisfaction of achieving a significant milestone—whether it was a trainee finding a source of income to support their family or a trainer witnessing the growth and success of the youth they helped shape.
